The report presents AIA's strong 2017 operating performance, with Value of New Business reaching US$3,512 million, up 28 per cent from 2016. It describes the Group's people development and engagement efforts across more than 20,000 employees and agents. The report also highlights healthy-living, football, education and community initiatives across Asia-Pacific. It notes the release of AIA's second ESG Report, stated to meet the requirements of GRI G4.
