Overview

The report presents AIA's five-pillar ESG strategy, 2020 operational emissions of 42,550 tonnes of CO2e, total energy use of 71,651,432 kWh, and a 25 per cent per-person emissions reduction target for 2030 against a 2017 base year. It also reports a Group workforce of 23,397 employees across 18 markets. Selected energy and Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions data received limited external assurance from PricewaterhouseCoopers.
