Overview

The report shows AIB Group's 2022 sustainability progress through a 40% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions from its 2019 baseline, €3.3bn of new green lending and €10.7m of community investment. It sets net-zero targets for own operations by 2030 and lending portfolios by 2040, or 2050 including agriculture. The report also details expanded governance, financial inclusion initiatives, social housing support and its externally assured GRI-referenced disclosures.
