Sustainability Report

The report highlights Aigües de Barcelona's response to changing water conditions through continued investment in resilience and 31.01 hm3 of reclaimed water in 2025. It reports that 96.1% of energy consumption came from renewable sources and a company-wide carbon footprint of 132,815.49 t CO2e across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. The company says its SBTi-validated goals include a value-chain net-zero commitment for 2050. The report also describes a completed double materiality assessment and social initiatives reaching more than 500,000 people.
