Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents Air New Zealand's first sustainability report, organized around a framework spanning communities, people, carbon, nature and science, tourism, and trade and enterprise. It highlights 11,000 employees, a 33% female Senior Leadership Team in June 2015, and a 2.2% year-on-year aviation fuel-efficiency improvement. It also reports FY15 Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 3,073,455 and 5,543 tonnes CO2-e, respectively, and describes biodiversity partnerships with DOC.
