Overview

The report presents the company's 2019 sustainability framework around people, place and economy, identifying nine Sustainable Development Goals it can positively impact. It reports 3,471,810 Tonnes CO2-e of 2019 operational emissions and a carbon footprint increase of just over 5 percent, alongside fuel-efficiency and carbon-reduction initiatives. The report also highlights waste and plastic actions, including 11.3M items recovered through Project Green and 120 Tonnes reinjected onto aircraft.
