The report describes AOT's response to COVID-19 through hygiene, screening, contactless measures and digital transformation across its airport operations. It reports 8,769 employees at 30 September 2020 and 21,688 participants in 869 human-resources development projects. All six airports participated in Airport Carbon Accreditation, with five at Level 3 Optimisation and Phuket at Level 1 Mapping. Community and environmental initiatives included distributing 4,700 face shields and planting 9,999 mangrove trees.
