The report describes a year of expansion and financial growth for the company, with consolidated revenue reaching Rs. 16,055 million, up 20% year on year. The portfolio added or consolidated major properties including Heritage Negombo, Hotel RIU Sri Lanka, Al Falaj Hotel and Turyaa Chennai. Sustainability reporting followed an integrated format, covered material economic, environmental and social aspects, and highlighted Travelife Gold certification across eight properties. DNV GL independently assured the reported sustainability performance using a Type 2, Moderate level engagement.
