Overview

The report describes AIXTRON's 2020 sustainability performance across its global workforce, climate impact and operations. The Group reported 745 employees worldwide and a climate balance sheet of 2,031.08 tonnes of CO2 equivalents, comprising Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. It also reports climate neutrality since 2019, renewable electricity procurement at European and US sites, and continued energy-saving projects. The sustainability disclosures marked for the non-financial report received limited assurance from Deloitte.
