The report presents AIXTRON's first complete climate balance sheet, reporting 259,429 tonnes of CO2e for 2021 and covering relevant Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. It also voluntarily reports EU Taxonomy alignment, including 56.7% aligned revenues, while its CDP score improved from D to B. Sustainability disclosures were subject to Deloitte's independent limited assurance audit.
