Overview

The report presents Akastor's 2022 ESG approach across its own operations, consolidated subsidiaries and active ownership of portfolio companies. It reports 800 MWh of group energy use, 412 FTE including hired-ins, and consolidated Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 18 600 tonnes and Scope 3 emissions of 27 300 tonnes. It describes a double materiality assessment, EU Taxonomy screening, and TCFD, GRI and CDP disclosures. It also reports a B CDP climate score and a 2.5% annual CO2 reduction goal for portfolio companies.
