Overview

The report presents Aker Solutions' first sustainability statement prepared under CSRD and ESRS and describes a completed double materiality assessment. It reports 2024 gross emissions of 11,163 tCO2e for Scope 1, 3,636 tCO2e for location-based Scope 2 and 985,843 tCO2e for Scope 3, alongside a 50 percent Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 and net-zero across all scopes by 2050. The group had 11,777 employees at year-end and women represented 45 percent of the Board. PwC provided limited assurance over the consolidated sustainability statement.
