Annual Report

The report records an 18 per cent increase in Aker and holding companies’ net asset value to NOK 22.9 billion in 2012, with industrial holdings contributing to that growth. It presents the Aker Compass, developed in 2012, as a guide to the company’s corporate social responsibility principles. The report also gives a consolidated Aker Group year-end workforce of 2,731 employees and describes the group’s labor-rights framework agreement.
