Overview

The report presents Aker's first consolidated ESRS/CSRD sustainability statement, with an annual double materiality process and EU Taxonomy reporting. It reports 2025 gross Scope 1 emissions of 440,465 tCO2eq, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 16,304 tCO2eq, and total gross Scope 3 emissions of 15,807,456 tCO2eq, primarily Category 15 investments. The Group also reports 2,891 year-end employees and zero fatalities.
