Annual Report

The report describes 2018 as a restructuring year in which Akfen Infrastructure Holding acquired 99.36% of Akfen Holding's capital. It highlights the Health First project, which trained 1,500 women, and the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award-Turkey, which awarded 1,000 young Turks in 2018. The report also notes that the youth program had reached more than 15,000 young people in Turkey by year-end.
