Integrated Report

The report presents AWNIC's inaugural Integrated Report for 2021, combining business, strategy, financial and ESG performance across its UAE operations. It describes a double-materiality approach and expanded its GHG inventory in 2021 to include Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions from the owned Abu Dhabi building. Human-capital highlights include 150 permanent full-time employees and 84% overall employee satisfaction. The report also describes ISO certifications and an ESG Steering Committee that sets the ESG roadmap and reports progress to the Board.
