ESG Report

The report describes Alaris' inaugural ESG disclosure and its work to embed ESG in both the Trust and investment process. During the period, Alaris published an ESG Policy, developed an ESG due-diligence questionnaire, and formalized its ESG Committee. The report highlights gender representation of 42% on the Board of Trustees and 38% across the workforce. Alaris also reports contributing $110,150.00 to community initiatives in 2021.
