Sustainability Report

The report presents Albéa's 2023 CSR performance across climate, energy, packaging, suppliers, employees, and safety. It reports 10,208 employees, total energy consumption of 331,202 MWh, Scope 1 emissions of 9,769 tCO2eq, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 130,256 tCO2eq, market-based Scope 2 emissions of 75,080 tCO2eq, and Scope 3 emissions of 674,362 tCO2eq. Albéa states that 70% of Scope 1 and 2 emissions were externally verified and that EACs covered 34% of energy consumption. The report also highlights progress toward recyclable packaging and a 46% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030.
