Sustainability Report

The report presents Albéa Group's 2024 sustainability performance across its 35 factories and 15 countries, with 11,762 employees and USD 1,246 million in revenue. It describes completion of a double materiality matrix as Albéa prepares for CSRD-related requirements. Climate progress includes a 46% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 against a 2019 baseline and 54% of electricity consumption covered by renewable energy in 2024. Packaging progress reached 51% designed for recycling or reuse, while the report also details health, human rights, ethics, employee engagement and skills initiatives.
