The report is Aldar's first structured sustainability disclosure and covers its 2018 performance across economy, community, people, environment and governance. It describes a comprehensive materiality assessment validated by leadership and reports 199,196 MWh of energy consumption across major retail and residential assets. The report also documents company-wide OSH, EHSMS and waste-management systems, alongside initiatives on community investment, employee development and gender diversity.
