Overview

The report covers AMS's 2024 sustainability progress across People, Planet, Progress and Policy. It highlights expanded DEIB reporting and initiatives, including global leadership ethnicity representation of 17%, and the launch of the first Global Day of Giving. Environmental reporting was strengthened through revised UK emissions data and full reporting across relevant Scope 3 categories, while the UK division maintained CarbonNeutral certification.
