The report describes Alibaba Group's fiscal 2016 social-responsibility model as rooted in its mission to make it easy to do business anywhere. Highlights include FY2016 GMV of 3,092 billion yuan, rural Taobao coverage of 14 thousand villages in nearly 300 counties across 27 provinces, and about 230 million yuan in public-welfare donations.
