Sustainability Report

The report presents ALK's 2023 sustainability performance across environmental, social and governance topics, including a double materiality assessment and preparation for CSRD. It reports a 42% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 from a 2022 baseline, 48% renewable energy share, 128,087 m 3 water consumption and 1,939 tonnes of waste generated. Social highlights include 2,889 employees, 42% underrepresented gender in the Board of Management and direct reports, 29% among shareholder-elected Board members, and zero work-related fatalities. Governance reporting includes 98% Code of Conduct training completion and 16 Alertline cases.
