Corporate Responsibility Report

The report presents Alkermes' 2021 corporate responsibility performance across environmental, social and governance topics, including 2,200 year-end employees and company-wide diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives. Environmental disclosures include 33,000 Metric Tonnes of combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and waste management results showing 92% of total waste recycled, processed in waste-to-energy facilities or incinerated. The report also documents a correction to previously reported Scope 1 data following a 2022 internal audit and describes employee, patient and community engagement programs.
