Sustainability Report

The report sets a 2030 goal to reduce tank-to-wake GHG emissions intensity by 10% per revenue ton kilometer from a 2023 baseline and reports 2023 energy and Scope 1-3 emissions. It also highlights the launch of a new employee recognition platform, which saw a 378% engagement increase, and four new employee network groups. The report describes board oversight of sustainability and a 2021 materiality assessment involving more than 400 stakeholders.
