Annual Report

The report presents Allegro Group's 2024 financial and sustainability performance, including a voluntary ESRS- and CSRD-aligned Sustainability Statement subject to independent limited assurance. It reports a 19% market-based Scope 1 and 2 reduction, 26% renewable energy share, and 70% sustainable packaging in own operations. The Group had 5,980 employees at year-end and reported zero workplace fatalities. Governance was strengthened through a dedicated ESG Committee, with the Board retaining overall ESG oversight.
