Sustainability Report

The report describes Allianz's group-wide sustainability strategy, governance and ESG integration across its insurance, investment and operational activities. For 2022, it reports €131.5 billion in proprietary sustainable investments, 89% renewable electricity and a 57% per-employee operational GHG reduction versus 2019; it also reports 159,253 employees and 41.7% women on the Supervisory Board. Allianz sets net-zero commitments for its own operations by 2030 and across its business by 2050, and discusses climate risks, human-rights due diligence, workforce initiatives and social-impact programs.
