The report presents 2009-10 consolidated sales/job charges of Rs. 4,424.34 crore and a year-end headcount of 20,169. It describes completed textile-capacity expansions and certification to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007. Its CSR disclosures highlight organic-cotton initiatives, training and employment of about two thousand tribal women, and environmental conservation measures.
