Sustainability Report

The report describes the Group's 2023 sustainability strategy across environmental, social and governance priorities, including its commitment to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. It reports Euro 800 million in sustainable disbursements for 2023 and sets out a Euro 4.4 billion sustainable-financing target for 2024-2026. The report also details its materiality process and Board-level sustainability oversight. Group-level employee training reached 342,710 person-hours, with an estimated average of 41 hours per Group Employee.
