Overview

The report presents ALRO Group's first consolidated sustainability statement prepared under CSRD/ESRS for 2024, covering double materiality across own operations and the value chain. It reports total energy consumption of 1,572,609.65 MWh, gross Scope 1-3 emissions and a 2050 net-zero goal, alongside water, waste and circular-economy actions. Social disclosures cover 2,821 employees, 100% health and safety coverage and zero work-related fatalities, while governance disclosures describe Board and Risk and Sustainability Committee oversight. The report also includes EU Taxonomy disclosures and limited external assurance by Ernst & Young Assurance Services S.R.L.
