Sustainability Report

The report presents ALROSA's 2012 economic, environmental and social performance as its sixth non-financial report, prepared in accordance with GRI and assigned an A+ data-reporting level. It includes independent assurance of environmental, workforce, safety and socio-economic disclosures. Environmental highlights include 90,546,483.1 tonnes of waste generated by operating units and continued energy-efficiency and water-management programmes. The workforce section reports 31,373 employees at year-end and describes extensive occupational health, social protection and training programmes.
