Overview

The report describes ALS's FY2021 sustainability performance across its Group during the COVID-19 period. It reports an estimated 88,000 tCO2e from total Scope 1 and 2 emissions and adopts a 40% carbon-intensity reduction target by 2030. Workforce disclosures report 16,272 staff employed, 44% female workforce representation and zero work-related fatalities. Ernst & Young provided limited assurance over selected non-financial disclosures.
