Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is alstria's first sustainability report for 2009 and organizes its sustainability approach around Economy, Environment, and Social pillars. It reports 33 employees and EUR 102.5 m in revenue, while noting that environmental data are mainly based on selected Hamburg assets. Specific highlights include the DGNB Silver pre-certificate for the Mundsburg Office Tower and solar-energy and rainwater-harvesting measures at the Bäckerbreitergang office. The report follows the GRI G3 framework at self-declared Level C and was not externally reviewed.
