Overview

The report presents Altron's 2007/2008 performance, including consolidated revenue of R21 431 million and a total group workforce of 14 217. Its sustainability section covers major South African operations and addresses material issues across governance, stakeholders, transformation, environment, and health and safety. During the year, Altron implemented the group-wide Powersave@Altron energy-saving programme and adopted a climate change position paper, while acknowledging that group GHG quantification was not yet complete.
