The report presents Altron's integrated approach to financial and sustainability reporting for the year ended 29 February 2012. It reports a total group carbon footprint of 162 351 metric tonnes CO2e, Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, and group water consumption of 1 700 248 kl. SustainabilityServices.co.za provided independent third-party assurance over the sustainability content, with the report also including GRI and UN Global Compact disclosures.
