Sustainability Statement

The report describes Alvotech's second year of CSRD/ESRS sustainability reporting, building on a 2024 double materiality assessment that prioritized climate change, own workforce, consumers and end-users, and business conduct. For 2025, the company reported 1,460 year-end employees, gross Scope 1 emissions of 15.9 tCO2e, gross Scope 2 emissions of 4,659.5 tCO2e, and energy use of 24,979 MWh. It also reported that 97% of energy came from renewable sources and that women held 29% of board seats, while noting it had not yet established quantified GHG reduction targets.
