Non-Financial Information Statement and sustainability information

The report presents Amadeus' first sustainability statement prepared under CSRD and ESRS, including a double materiality assessment and extensive Group-wide disclosures. It reports SBTi-validated targets to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% by 2030 and Scope 3 emissions by 25% by 2030. The 2024 inventory includes 111,552.5 MWh of total energy consumption and 193,961 tCO2eq of gross Scope 3 emissions, alongside detailed workforce, health and safety, human-rights and governance information.
