The report states that Amer Sports' 2008 net sales were EUR 1,576.6 million and that it invested EUR 55.6 million in R&D. It reports completion of the Winter Sports Equipment restructuring and says the changes were expected to improve cost efficiency. The company also launched a third-party supplier audit program covering quality, health and safety, environmental, and social responsibility expectations.
