The report presents ABS's 2022 safety leadership alongside substantial support for maritime decarbonization, including GHG inventory and carbon-accounting services, alternative-fuel work, carbon-capture initiatives, and guidance for the industry's transition to net zero. It also records the launch of a consolidated ESG Report covering social responsibility, safety, environmental protection, DE&I, and governance. In November, ABS created ABS Wavesight, a maritime software business focused on compliance, efficiency, sustainability, and emissions-management tools.
