Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report

The report sets a 60% greenhouse gas emissions reduction target by 2035 from a 2020 baseline and reports Scope 1 emissions of 2,572 tCO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 13,818 tCO2e on a location-based basis for 2021. It reports no employee or contractor fatalities for 2017-2021. The report also highlights that women represented 62.5% of independent directors, or five of eight, and that the company employed more than 800 people as of December 31, 2021.
