Overview

The report describes Ameriprise's 2022 responsible-business performance across values, investment, governance, environment and community impact. It reports 11,600 corporate employees and 25% women representation on the Board. Environmental disclosures include the first global carbon footprint, CDP reporting of Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 emissions, assurance by LRQA, and renewable energy certificates for Minneapolis. Community initiatives supported more than 8,100 nonprofits, including 234 U.S. grants in 2022.
