Non-Financial Disclosure

The report describes Amplifon's 2017 consolidated non-financial performance across environmental, social, personnel and anti-corruption matters. It highlights 13,755 people in the total workforce, 8,019 employees and over 440,000 training hours for the whole workforce, while 33% of the Board of Directors were women. Environmental monitoring reported Scope 1 emissions of 12,396 tons of CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 8,837 tons of CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 1,543 tons of CO2e. The report also documents the Group Anti-corruption Policy, a formal materiality assessment and limited external assurance by PwC.
