The report presents Amplifon's 2018 sustainability performance across product stewardship, people, community impact and ethical behavior. It reports 8,737 employees within a broader workforce of 14,197 people, with women representing 71.5% of employees. Environmental disclosures include energy consumption for headquarters and direct shops, Scope 1, location-based and market-based Scope 2, and business-travel Scope 3 emissions. Workplace safety results include 32 injuries, three high-consequence injuries and no fatalities recorded. The consolidated non-financial disclosure was subject to limited assurance by PricewaterhouseCoopers SpA.
