Sustainability Performance Report

The report describes Ampol's 2023 sustainability performance across Australia, Singapore, Houston and New Zealand, with Z Energy outcomes included where indicated. It highlights 9,115 employees, 42.4% overall female representation and 33% female board representation, alongside total group Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 683,969 tCO2e, 221,430 tCO2e and 56,590,426 tCO2e, respectively. It reports zero total group fatalities and documents progress on decarbonisation, circular economy, community investment and EV charging, including 82 Australian charge bays. KPMG provided limited assurance over selected sustainability information.
