Sustainability Report

The report says An Post reached its 50% Scope 1 and 2 emissions-reduction threshold three months ahead of schedule, while the full-year reduction against the 2009 baseline was 42%. It reports 137,776 MWh of energy consumption, of which 37% came from renewable sources. An Post also maintained zero waste to landfill for the eighth consecutive year and increased its recycling rate to 88%.
