Overview

The report describes the ANA Group's 2019 sustainability activities across human resources, safety, environmental management, innovation and information security. The company reported 3,258 employees at year-end and delivered 100,087 group-wide training hours. All ten airports renewed level-2 Airport Carbon Accreditation, while ANA committed to carbon neutrality in 2050 (NetZero). Its environmental management system was ISO 14001:2015 certified.
