Integrated Management Report

Overview

The report presents the ANA Group's first integrated report for 2025, prepared in anticipation of CSRD and ESRS requirements. It consolidates ANA and Portway's double materiality assessment and reports Group performance across climate, energy, water, waste and workforce topics. Key 2025 disclosures include 17,166.69 tCO2 eq of location-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 145,255.4 MWh of energy consumption, and 3,366 year-end staff. The Group has set carbon neutrality (Net Zero) targets for Scopes 1 and 2 by 2030 and a contribution to Scope 3 Net Zero by 2050.
