Overview

The report presents Andøya Space's 2025 sustainability work across workforce diversity, community coexistence, environmental impact and education. It reports 184 employees representing 17 nationalities in addition to Norwegian citizens, 31,4% women overall and 45% women on the board. The stated climate footprint is 3.958 tons of CO2e, with 95,9% attributed to Scope 3; the report also notes a 90% carbon-footprint reduction since 2023 following a guarantee-of-origin electricity agreement. Its Copernicus4Schools program reached over 1,800 students and 180 teachers.
