Integrated Annual Report

The report describes Anglo American's record 2021 performance, including revenue of $41.6 bn and underlying EBITDA of $20.6 bn. It sets out a 30% reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2030 against a 2016 baseline, alongside carbon neutrality across operations by 2040. The Group reported 14.8 Mt CO2e of operational emissions and total energy consumption of 85 million GJ. The report also highlights the Sustainable Mining Plan's focus on safety, water, biodiversity, communities and responsible governance.
