Sustainability Report

The report shows Anglo American's 2022 progress on sustainability performance, including a 9% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions to 13.3 Mt CO2e and continued progress toward carbon-neutral operations by 2040. Social Way 3.0 implementation reached 66% of requirements by year-end. The company also completed third-party assurance audits at 11 operations against responsible mining certification systems.
